Book recomendations on the divorce process
Hi,
My wife has told me she wants a divorce but has yet to file anything. Meanwhile I live in a separate bedroom sleeping on a couch. She wants to wait a year and a half until my 2 oldest kids graduate high school but that's just too long for me to wait to move on. Living in the same house with her is ruining my health. I would appreciate anyone sharing their experience with me, especially in terms of the separation process. A good book would be helpful too if you know of one worth recommending.
BTW, I'm in California, a no-fault, community property state. Couples need to be separated 6 months prior to finalization of divorce.
