I left the house and my wife wants a dissolution

Hello to all. I will start out saying that my wife and I have been together for 17 years. We have an 8yr old girl. We have been married for 10 yrs this October. Make a long story short. Please don't reply if you are going to make me feel worse then I already am. Or if you are going to try to put me down which I already am. Ok... I had an affair 7 years ago. I told her and she was crushed. Went to counseling. It help. Well a couple months ago I was talking to girls on my poker app. Nothing sexual. Well she found out and she was done. She told me to leave and that she wanted a divorce. Well i left and went to stay with a friend. Ive asked to come back and she said no. My daughter is somewhat ok with it. My question is how and I supposed to live my life after my life was my family. Her family was all I had. I messed up. I was the horrible husband. She is going to get the dissolution paperwork soon. I'm just having a really hard time. I keep thinking of what I had and I ruined it by thinking of my you know what and not thinking with my heart. Has anyone went through this or similar situation. What did you do? How is going to work with me seeing my daughter now till we settle on the dissolution?
