coping with divorce

I have heard and read that the last thing yuou should do is say in your home, sitting around thinking about the situation you are in. IF you are going through a divorce you do not want to sit in your house all day. You will only be going over and over in your head all of the things that went wrong, things you could have done

It sounds simplistic but go outside. Take a walk, go to the park, walk your dog, go to the store, play your favorite sport or exercise at the gym - do things! Even if you are thinking about your situation the whole time, it will at least be healthy for your body. It will most likely be health for your mind too.
